Company clearances – how does it work?
Step 1: Making an appointment Click on “Make an appointment” and choose “Clearance”.
Step 2: What do you want to clear? Communicate what you want to have cleared and schedule an appointment.
Step 3: Quote We come by and make an offer.
Step 4: Schedule date You will receive a confirmation email with a pickup date.
Step 5: Transport On the agreed date, our drivers clean up everything neatly.
Step 6: Certification Within 5 business days you will receive an environmental certificate and invoice.

Arranging the disposal of office furniture
IT-recycling offers 2 easy ways for you to arrange disposal of office furniture:
- For smaller volumes – up to about 15 items: Make a collection appointment online, it’s easy and simple. We’ll visit your premises, take away everything you don’t want, and charge you per kilo and per hour. Our price list specifies our exact fees.
- If you have to dispose of a larger volume, or clear an entire company, schedule a visit to inspect the situation online now. We’ll visit you in the same week, and discuss what needs to be removed. We’ll quote you a price immediately during our visit, which you’ll receive formally in writing by e-mail the same day. After you accept the quote, we can get to work.
For larger projects, company clearances, heavier fireproof vaults and safes, and the dismantlement and removal of larger air conditioning systems, we’ll always visit your premises in advance within a few days. When we’re there, we’ll let you know our fee. Immediately afterwards, we’ll send you a written quote.

We come to you
Our people will arrive on the day and time agreed with you in advance.
You show our people what needs to go, and we get to work. We have excellent tools, handy carts and crates, so everything will be removed quickly and efficiently. If necessary, items are dismantled on site. All waste is immediately separated for recycling. We dismantle very large pieces of furniture, and items that are awkward to move. If there are stairs, we use an electric stairlift to safely remove large and heavy furniture.
For very heavy items, we’ll send a truck with a crane. Our refrigeration engineer will first drain coolant from air conditioning systems that are dismantled. You’ll receive a STEK certificate for this. If there’s a lot of waste, we will place containers, otherwise we’ll bring our own truck. In any case, we will take care of every concern.
When we’ve finished everything, we sweep the floor clean and ask you to sign off on the work.
