Clearing an entire factory? That’s a job which should be left to the specialists at IT-recycling.

Thanks to years of experience, an appropriate vision of the work, and professional knowledge and equipment, we can completely clear any factory. This means that we can remove all machines, storage racks and movable items from your factory, and deliver you the factory empty and swept clean. Another option is to remove the entire infrastructure, in which case we dismantle and dispose of all installations, pipes and other components. We leave the building as a shell, ready for the next user.
IT-recycling can dismantle and remove absolutely any type of machine, production facility, and infrastructure from your production environment; cooling installations, 3-phase infrastructure, compressed air systems, hydraulics, cleanroom, air treatment equipment, lifts, stairs and voids. Whatever you’ve got, we can get rid of it for you.
We work quickly and efficiently, but above all, safely and with maximum respect for the environment. We employ competent, motivated people with backgrounds in multiple technical areas. We pay all our social obligations and insurance for our employees.
Step by step: from full factory to empty building shell.

First of all, make an appointment for a visit to inspect the situation. We’ll visit you and make notes of your exact wishes, and how the space has to be delivered. We can often give you an indication of our fee at this point, and usually a date by which the clearance will be completed.
On the agreed date, our professionals place waste containers for metals, industrial debris, and other waste. You then give us the keys, and we get to work on the clearance. First, all movable items are removed. Then we start dismantling the infrastructure, from top to bottom.
When the project is almost completed, we’ll invite you for the interim delivery, and together determine if any other points still require attention. These are recorded in an interim delivery report. When, within a few days, we’ve sorted out all these outstanding points, we’ll ask you to sign for final delivery. At this stage, the entire space is empty and ready for a new user.
